Missions Statement
The Missions Team
shall support the purpose of Huntsville
Christian Church (HCC) to win people to faith in and obedience to Jesus
Christ and support His Great Commission recorded in Matthew 28:19-20.
The Missions Team
also coordinates and gives oversight to the benevolence program for the
community in the following ways:
Provide food,
clothing, household goods to those in need
Revise and update
the Benevolence Policy as needed
Establish the benevolence
budget and recommend additions to, or deletions from, the support list

6.2 Sightings
Remember during 40 Days
of Purpose our Missions Ministry Team led us in realizing one of our
purposes
.. We were made for a Mission.
We learned during Rock The Foundation 6.2 that by spending 6.2 Minutes per Day 5 days a week volunteering in the
community and abroad, that would add up to 2 full time Missionaries for the
church; assuming 155 adults members at HCC participated. Just guess what it
would be when you added in our youth and children. Well start watching for
Rock the Foundation updates in a column called 6.2 sightings.
