About HCC's Nursery Ministry

Our nursery is available to new borns - 2yrs old and is a fun place to be on Sunday mornings.

Schedule

Nursery - Sunday Morning

Nursery care is available for new born's thru 2 years old on Sunday mornings during Bible Study Hour and during Worship Service. The nursery opens up 10 minutes before Sunday School hour and 10 minutes before Worship Service. Please have a parents/guardian drop off and pick up babies / toddlers from the nursery. We will not release babies / toddlers to siblings or friends. This rule is strictly enforced.

9:20AM - 10:30AM - Sunday School Hour
10:50AM - Worship Hour

Chilren's Check in / Out Procedures

The safety of our kids here at HCc is one of the most important things to us. All children nursery thru 5th grade must be checked and in out for Sunday School and Worship Hour. Vist our children's check in / out procedures page here.

Curriculum

Inside of our nursery even our babies are learning about Jesus and the great stories of the Bible. We are currently using Group's Play-n-Worship.

This music-focused, baby centered resource helps infants discover and learn about God - and their great big world. Stimulating visual, tactical, and auditory experiences engage babies - and connect them to God's truth.

Each week babies who attend our nursery will learn about:

- God's creation
- God's provision
- God's presence
- God's protection

Join the Team

Will you join us as we partner with parents to raise a passionate and devoted generation of children? We need Sunday morning volunteers to help with our Nursery (new borns - 2yrs old) to play, love, teach and learn with kids in both our Sunday school classes' and during 11:00AM worship service.

How to Get Involved

Out goal in our Nursery class' is to provide a safe, secure, loving environment for our kids. Therefore, we want to make sure our volunteers are safe and loving people for our kids.

The steps to join our preschool team include:
- complete an application. You can get a copy of it here
- Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by one of our staff members for 15-20 minute interview. 
- We will run a security background check on every volunteer
- Upon approval, you'll be assigned a certain week to work each month in the age that you have chosen
