Our Children's Ministry Check In / Check Out procedures has begun. The safety of our children at Huntsville Christian Church is one of the most important things to us. Along with the check in/out procedures come a few exciting changes that you need to know about. - All of our children's programs are getting new names: Nursery - Shining Stars Preschool - Cosmic Rays Kindergarten - 5th Grade - Galaxy Kids - All parents / guardians with children attending nursery - 5th Grade will be required to check in students on Sunday mornings beginning February 5, 2012. - Upon checking in for the first time parents / guardians will be required to fill out a "child contact form." You can get a copy of the form from your child's Sunday School teacher or by downloading a copy of it below. Fill out this form and bring it back to your child's Sunday School teacher or email to Andy Ellingwood. This adds your child to the permanent check-in sheet. - Check in begins at 9:20AM and will be located in front of the children's wing of the church (near the Nursery). - Upon check-in all students will receive a wrist band that is color coded for their class, and parents will receive a matching tag. This tag will be needed to check your student out of class so it is important that you do not lose your tag. - Parents are encouraged to pick up students as soon as possible once worship service is dismissed.
